Sorry, The New iPad does not have a Quad-Core Processor, it still uses the same 1Ghz Dual-Core Processor (A5X) as its predecessor, the iPad 2. There is not much dicnfrefee, if you remember the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S, imagine the iPad 2 as iPhone 4 and the new iPad as iPhone 4S. The new iPad has Quad-Core Graphics from nVidia (Targa 3) that provides HD Display and higher resolution. The new iPad also has some new software tweaks including retina display voice-command and couple other things. Was this answer helpful?
