What do you think of lenovo’s acquisition of MOTOROLA’s mobile phone business

29th January Reuters :lenovo announced in the United States, the price will be $ 2.9 billion acquisition of Motorola‘s smart phone business from the Valley singers. This is a major acquisition of Lenovo since 2005 the acquisition of IBM’s personal computer business.
Acquisitions smoothly, Lenovo, Motorola will present well-known brands in the bag, including big sellers MotoX and MotoG in the U.S. market. Lenovo will acquire patent portfolio related to intellectual property and other authorized licenses.
